This agreement confirms that [School Name] is purchasing a limited-access license for the on-demand course Happy Classroom Habits from Grace Stevens LLC.

License Terms:

1. Course Access & Duration
   
   
• Each purchased seat provides one teacher with 365-day access to the course materials and portal, beginning on the purchase date.
• The school must provide the names and email addresses of the teachers to whom seats will be assigned.
• Seats are non-transferable—if a teacher leaves the school, their seat cannot be reassigned.
2. Flat Fee License Option (50+ Seats)
   
   
• If the school purchases a flat-fee license for 39 or more seats, they may add an unlimited number of teachers within the 365-day period.
• Teachers added later will only have access for the remaining duration of the original 365-day contract.
3. Permitted Use
   
   
• Teachers may access the course materials for professional development.
• Materials may not be shared, distributed, or used outside of the licensed users.
4. No Modification
   
   
• Schools and teachers may not modify, edit, or create derivative works from any materials.
5. Copyright & Protection
   
   
• All course materials, including videos, documents, and exercises, are copyrighted by Grace Stevens LLC and protected under copyright law.
• Schools and teachers may not:
• Share, distribute, or post materials publicly or outside the assigned users.
• Alter, edit, or create derivative works based on the materials.
• Sell or reproduce materials for commercial use.
6. No Guaranteed Results
   
   
• Happy Classroom Habits is a professional and personal development program. Results will vary based on individual effort, participation, and implementation of the material. Grace Stevens LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, improvements, or performance results.

8. Violation & Revocation
