Instant Impact On-Demand PD – Lifetime Site License Agreement

This agreement confirms that [School Name] is purchasing a Lifetime Site License for the professional development program Instant Impact On-Demand PD from Grace Stevens LLC.

License Terms:

1. Lifetime Site License
   
   
• This license grants [School Name] the right to use the purchased materials indefinitely at their school site.
• The license is exclusive to [School Name] and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other school, district, or external entity.
• Lifetime access to any course material is defined as the lifetime of the course being offered, not the lifetime of the course participant or Grace Stevens. At times, courses will be retired. Course participants will be given adequate notice to download the materials they paid for. At the sole discretion of Grace Stevens, LLC they may also be transitioned into an equitable course offering.
2. Access Restrictions
   
   
• If school funds were used to purchase the materials, only current administrators and staff of [School Name] may access them.
• Staff members who leave the school lose access to the materials.
3. Permitted Use
   
   
• The school may share video links only with their own staff.
• The school may make copies of PDFs and exercises only for their own staff.
4. No Modification
   
   
• Schools and staff may not modify, edit, or create derivative works from any materials.
5. Future Updates
   
   
• Any future updates to Instant Impact On-Demand PD will be provided at no extra cost to the school.
6. Copyright & Protection
   
   
   • Share, distribute, or post materials publicly or outside their own staff.
   • Alter, edit, or create derivative works based on the materials.
   • Sell or reproduce materials for commercial use.
• All materials, including videos, documents, and exercises, are copyrighted by Grace Stevens LLC and protected under copyright law.
